Manchester City held out against Norwich even when they played with 10 men during half of the game. Samir Nasri got a straight red card on the stroke of half time after his tussle up with Sebastian Bassong.

Earlier Edin Dzeko got City 2-0 ahead inside 5 minutes. He could have had the hat trick, well he thought that he did but turned out to be an own goal. Rusell Martin scored a brace for Norwich City too.

An absolute end of the year thriller at Carrow Road. City just about held out with Chris Hughton’s men having a very impressive game.

Roberto Mancini was all smiles when the game ended.
