[ad#m1] Hampden Park | 14th April 2013 | Scottish Cup Semi final
Another 7 goal thriller which needed to go into extra time to get a result as it was 3-3 at the end of regular 90 minutes. Anthony Stokes scored fine header in extra time as Celtic won 3-4. They will now face Hibernian, who themselves had to overcome a 7 goal thriller against Falkirk to reach the finals.
A great match where scoring started insanely early when Kris Commons scored from outside of the box after 83 seconds.
But things changed soon for Celtic when Dundee United scored two goals in 6 minutes from Gary Mackay-Steven and Jon Daly. As luck would have it, Neil Lennon’s side was back on level terms when Victor Wanyama found the inside of the net just one minute later.
Daly then went on to complete his brace in the second half which turned out to be the equalizer for Dundee United as Kris Commons second goal in the second half gave Celtic the lead.
