Manchester City vs Wigan 0-1 Highlights & Goal (Video) | FA Cup Final | Wembley Stadium | 11 May 2013

What a Shock!

Underdogs Wigan, deservedly create one of the biggest upsets in modern football as they won by a goal scored in injury time after Manchester City went down to 10 men in the 84th minute.

A superb near post header from substitute Ben Watson in the stoppage time sent ripples across the space-time continuum as Wigan Athletic created history by winning their first ever FA Cup title.

Ben Watson had returned to action only on 8 Apr 13, after nearly five months on the sidelines with a broken leg.

Pablo Zabaleta was sent off at a very crucial juncture but it has to be said that Wigan were the better side and City just didn’t turn up at all.
