Good news for Liverpool fans as Dejan Lovren has experienced no structural damage to his right knee after twisting it during Liverpool’s 2-2 draw against West Brom on Sunday.
The Croatian defender is expected to return to normal footballing activities in two-three weeks according to a report on the official website of the Croatian national football team.
” Magnetic resonance imaging showed that there was no damage to the knee. He received a shot with the outside of the knee, and this caused severe concussion. Should wait until the wound heals and Dejan should be back training for two to three weeks ”, said Croatia’s chief medical officer Dr. Boris Nemec.
