Elland Road is absolutely buzzing nowadays as Leeds United are finally finding their feet under new manager Garry Monk.
Leeds have won five of their last six games, a rather strong run of results heading into the international break. And adding to the buzz, the new Leeds manager has now got the support of one of the fan favorites in the form of hard man Vinnie Jones.
The tough tackling midfielder had an eighteen month stint at Elland Road, and has always been outspoken in his support for the club reiterating that the club is very close to his heart.
The footballer-turned-actor recently encouraged the fans and the board to be patient with their new manager, asserting that Garry Monk is the right man for the job.
He has also warned the board and the owner to not to interfere with the gaffer’s doings, and stated that Leeds is the best place on the planet to be in, when everything’s going well.
