Tottenham travel south to Bournemouth today, with an eye at the top spot in the points table and as the only remaining unbeaten team in the league.
And much of it has been owed to the brilliant performances of Dele Alli, amongst others. The young Englishman was touted to be one of the future world beaters at just 16 when he broke into the MK Dons first team.
It came as no surprise that Tottenham paid 5 million pounds for the services of the young midfielder- and their faith and hopes were every bit exceeded by Alli, who had an exceptional debut season, which he capped off with the PFA Young Player Award.
And now, another unreal stat has come to light, a statistic too crazy to believe. Since his debut last season, Alli has lost only two Premier League games in which he has started. Spurs have won 22 of the 35 games where Alli had started while contributing with thirteen goals and eight assists.
Tottenham have set their sights on the title this season, and with the help of the prodigal midfielder, it seems very much within reach. Check out the tweet below!
