Liverpool’s Brazilian stars Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino were spotted leaving for international duty after round 11 of the Premier League.
The duo was instrumental in Liverpool’s 6-1 demolition of Watford which saw Liverpool take top spot heading into the international break. Brazil will be hoping that the duo can translate their impressive club form into the national team as they welcome fierce rivals Argentina in the ‘Clash of the South Americans’ at the Mineirao stadium in Minas Gerais Thursday.
Coutinho has by far been the best player in the league this season while
Firmino has also been impressive scoring five and assisting a further three in the league. With both players in red-hot form, Brazil do look favourites against Argentina.
