With the title race already on tenterhooks, the top two teams of the League right now, Liverpool and Chelsea, albeit unknowingly, are already involved in a social media war.
Chelsea drew first blood, as they posted a video of their club icon, Gianfranco Zola on Twitter as the Blues celebrated 20 years after Italian signed.
The clip shows the Italian embarrassing Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher repeatedly, by twisting and turning while the defender tries to scythe the nimble-footed attacker.
Carra, who is quite active on social media, was obviously not too pleased to be reminded of the humbling he received, and reminded the Blues of the most controversial moment the two teams have shared- Luis Garcia’s Ghost Goal against Chelsea in the 2005 Champions League Semifinal, which the Reds went on to win at Istanbul.
