Following a rather acrimonious departure from Swansea City last December, Garry Monk, heralded as one of the most exciting young British managers, took the reins at Elland Road before the start of the season.
And the ex-Swansea boss finally seems to have found his managerial stride back with Leeds occupying the final play-off place in the Championship table.
Apart from the good work being done on the pitch, Monk also came up with a touching gesture towards a fan grieving over the loss of his father.
The Leeds boss sent a condolence letter along with a card signed by all members of the Leeds team. A really admirable gesture coming from a manager genuinely attached with the fan-base.
