Stats reveal Paul Pogba at Man Utd has been better than his last season at Juventus (Image)

The signing of Paul Pogba from Juventus for a world-record fee signaled some real intent from Manchester United in the summer. The club has suffered three forgettable seasons after having lost their fearsome aura post Fergie retirement and things have been not exactly been smooth with Mourinho at the helm now.

Mourinho and his team have faltered off the Champions League places to sixth position on the table, and a lot of the blame for this descent has been put on the shoulders of their world-record signing.

The former Golden Boy has been criticized for not winning games single-handedly, a quality that he amply showed when he was in Italy. But as it turns out, his level of performances has actually improved from his last season in Turin, when Juventus won the Serie A.

In a recently revealed statistic, it could be seen that the Frenchman has improved in all key areas of midfield play, including pass completion, key passes, chances created per game and the likes.
