In what was probably the upset of the season, Russian “Leicester City” FC Rostov pulled off a remarkable 3-2 win against European giants Bayern Munich last night, to increase their chances of qualifying for Europa League.
On the thick of it with a brilliant solo goal, was Sardar Azmoun. The crafty forward, dubbed as“the Iranian Messi” has been linked with English giants Liverpool recently.
The Iranian drove into the box before feinting Boateng impeccably and then cut to his right, causing the defender to lose his balance and slip to the ground, before slotting the ball coolly past stand-in keeper Sven Ulreich.
