(Tweets) So good that even Chelsea fans praised Arsenal loanee Jack Wilshere for his Bournemouth display

Antonio Conte led Chelsea to a new club record of twelve consecutive league victories with an emphatic 3-0 win over Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.

Pedro’s brace along with an Eden Hazard penalty proved enough to see off a spirited Bournemouth side spurred by a resilient Jack Wilshere in the middle of the park.

Despite the loss, AFC Bournemouth held their own for most of the match thanks in large part to a dominant display from Wilshere. The Arsenal loanee was head and shoulders above all the rest of the Bournemouth players and often outshone the Chelsea midfield duo of Matic and Fabregas as they failed to get to grips with the Englishman’s dynamism and energy.

Although on the losing side, Wilshere duly received the recognition and praise for his brilliant performances drawing applauds even from the Chelsea fans themselves.
