Arsenal produced a spirited second half comeback as they came from behind to draw 3-3 against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Tuesday. Goals from Alexis Sanchez and Lucas Perez followed by an injury time header from Oliver Giroud secured Arsenal the most improbable of draws against a 10-man Bournemouth.
Oliver Giroud fresh from scoring one of the goals of the season versus Crystal Palace last time out put in yet another impressive as he set up two and scored himself in injury time to send Arsenal fans into delirium.
Yet the Frenchman as impressive as he was, found himself on the receiving end of criticisms for wasting time with his celebration following his injury time goal.
With his team-mates seemingly keen to restart the game in search of a winner, Giroud’s decision to ignore his team-mates and execute his pre-planned celebration clearly left some of his team-mates infuriated, none more so than Alexis Sanchez it seems.
The Chilean stood looking unimpressed (picture below) in the background as Giroud carried out his ‘scorpion kick’ celebration.
