Much has been said of the growing bromance between Chelsea manager Antonio Conte and temperamental striker Diego Costa.
While the relationship between the two appeared very much strained back in October in the match against Leicester City with Costa reportedly dared Conte to sub him, the duo certainly seems to have hit it off with each other since then.
Their growing bonding was more so evident during Chelsea’s third round FA Cup tie against Peterborough. The tie turned out to be a formality for Chelsea as they breezed to the fourth round with goals from Pedro (two), Michy Batshuayi and Willian ensuring a most comfortable of cup ties for Chelsea.
While Costa did not feature for Chelsea, the striker was spotted sharing a good laugh with Conte on the sidelines. The incident just goes to underline the very strong bonding established between the two figureheads at Chelsea.
Fans as always were quick to take notice with many commenting on the incident on social media. Check out the best reactions below:
Costa and Conte. Better love story than Twilight.

Antonio Conte and Diego Costa with a bit of banter on the touchline. Lovely.

Costa/Conte friendship is great, Conte lets him drink beer after games and go to nightclubs in exchange for goals. What a relationship.

One of the best things I've seen today from the CFC match is the video clip of Conte & Costa laughing with each other. Very good sign.

How are Conte and Costa joking when he can't speak English? Do they just grunt at eachother?

Pretty sure Conte and Costa have low key bets amongst themselves about events on the pitch and then joke about it later on
