Arsenal’s 4-0 demolition of relegation candidates Swansea City was just what the doctor ordered for the London side. The thoroughly convincing manner in which they dispatched the Welsh club showed that as things stand, they might be able to at least get a better league spot if not challenge for the title.
Star player Alexis Sanchez scored his 14th goal of the season at the Liberty Stadium and his flair game was on point too. A moment particularly stood out when he received the ball on the left wing with his back to goal.
With just one touch, he flicked it beyond Kyle Naughton and left him for dead, then turned around and ran into space.
