Fresh from signing a new long term contract that will seem him tied to the Gunners until 2021, Arsenal midfielder Francis Coquelin had more good news for the Arsenal fans with an early recovery from the hamstring injury sustained in the 3-3 draw over Bournemouth at the start of the year.
The midfielder was originally believed to be set for a four week lay-off on the sidelines but with news emerging Tuesday of an early recovery from his injury, the Frenchman could very well feature on Sunday with Arsenal taking on Burnley.
With Coquelin being an important performer for Arsenal in recent times, fans were no doubt ecstatic as well as impressed at the Frenchman’s early return from injury.
Check out the best reactions to Coquelin’s early return below:
Coq's recovery rate from injuries is phenomenal, was predicted to miss six weeks but will apparently feature on Sunday, bar a setback #AFC

I swear something is up with Coquelin's recovery ability. Wasn't he injured only a couple of weeks ago?

Coquelin's gone from being out for months, to three weeks, to "being short" for Sunday. Man's a machine when it comes to recovery.

@BenDinnery coquelin bucks the trend. He always comes back earlier than first thought was is a rarity to say the least for us.
