Chelsea’s dominant 3-1 win over Arsenal accomplished two major things. For one, it all but put the kibosh on Arsenal’s title hopes for this season. It also put Chelsea in an even stronger position at the top of the table, something Antonio Conte would have no doubt been relishing after the final whistle was blown.
The game was also notable for the Premier League return of Kurt Zouma. The young defender had been on the sidelines for months now and was greeted warmly by the Stamford Bridge faithful. Replacing Victor Moses at wing-back, Zouma was undoubtedly brought on to help the Blues see out the game.
However, the makeshift wing-back managed to pull off an impressive piece of skill whilst venturing forward. Zouma likes to venture forward and when he came one on one with Nacho Monreal whilst on the move, the centre-back pulled off a smooth step-over and dribbled the other way, leaving Monreal to eat dust in his wake.
