Pablo Hernandez racked up some impressive numbers during Leeds’ 2-1 win against Bristol City

Leeds United’s hopes of making the Championship play-offs this season remained steady thanks to their recent 2-1 win over Championship strugglers Bristol City. The score-line doesn’t quite tell the whole story of the game; Leeds were dominant for most of it, with Bristol’s goal being a late stoppage time consolation.

Leading the way for Garry Monk’s side was Pablo Hernandez. The winger had a short stint at Swansea a few years ago but his move to Leeds has seemingly rejuvenated the Spaniard after spending some time in the Middle East at Al-Arabi. Indeed, he’s become a key player at Elland Road in a relatively short span of time.

He played a role in both goals scored, assisting one and scoring the other. However, those stats aren’t enough to describe just how dominant Hernandez was; a Leeds fan account gave a detailed account of exactly how much influence he had on the game based on other stats as well.
