Keeping his recent performances aside, if Chelsea manager Antonio Conte needs to recheck credentials of Kurt Zouma, all he has to do is check the player’s latest tweet.
The Frenchman played full 90 minutes during Chelsea’s FA Cup win over Wolves last weekend, but didn’t really impress with his mistakes that could have been costly and appeared rusty on many occasions.
Although the 22 year-old’s rare start in Chelsea’s line-up might have been on shaky grounds, the player in training today proved that he clearly doesn’t lack talent in goal-scoring prowess.
Zouma’s thundering strike in the top left corner from outside the box was followed with a brilliant shot with his right foot that bounced off from the crossbar into the goal.
The best one, though, was the defender’s left-footed volley that the keeper had no chance to save.
