Pablo Hernández left two Sheffield Wednesday players completely dead with filthy nutmegs during Leeds win (Video)

Leeds extended their winning streak at home to eight out of nine previous games at Elland Road by securing a 1-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday last week.

Talismanic striker Chris Wood extended his personal scoring record to his 20th goal of the season by diverting Gaetano Berardi’s cross past the Sheffield goalkeeper in the first half.

While there were no other moments that altered the score line for the rest of the game, there was surely no shortage of some amazing display of skills.

Leading charge in this regard was Leeds United winger Pablo Hernandez. In an instance during the game, the Spaniard cleaned out Callum McManaman with a sweet nutmeg (video below).

And during another instance, he was seen leading the counter for his side by absolutely humiliating Sheffield’s Sam Hutchinson with a nutmeg that left the defender biting dust.

This victory allowed Leeds climb up to the fourth spot on the table and the Gary Monk-led side will face Birmingham next.
