Mauricio Pochettino took over the mantle as Tottenham boss from Tim Sherwood amidst very high expectations in May 2014.
His first season as Spurs manager saw him lead his side to the fifth position, but it was the next season that was by far the best one the Argentine has enjoyed in England.
A third spot finish that gave his side a ticket to the Champions League for the first time since 2010-11 also helped Pochettino seal a contract extension that secured his job at White Hart Lane until 2021.
Results apart, it is really the Argentine’s persona that has earned him good reputation as a manager who prefers to get involved in the team and likes to throw his weight around.
But speaking of weight, though, Spurs defender Danny Rose appeared to be playing with fire while describing the manager on a Soccer AM episode.
In the video below, a very brave Rose can be seen talking about Pochettino’s weight and dwindling involvement with the team’s training this season.
