As expected it all kicked off between Tottenham & Millwall fans outside White Hart Lane (Photos)

Tottenham thrashed Millwall 6-0 to advance to the semi-final of the FA Cup at White Hart Lane today, but clashes between fans had erupted even before the game began.

Previous incidents of vandalism at White Hart Lane and expectations of clashes between fans had prompted Tottenham to issue less tickets to the visiting fans, and all fears came true before kick off.

Armies of angry (and even tipsy) supporters were seen clashing with each other, forcing police in riot control gear to take control of the situation outside Tottenham’s stadium.

Fans were seen hurling beer and exchanging abusive words, while a lot of them even violently grappled with the police, for which the authorities had to respond with force and arrests.

Clashes aside, a section of away fans had even subjected Tottenham striker Heung-min Son to disgraceful racist chants during the game.
