Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) is the hardcore alternative to the popular FIFA, which is manufactured by EA Sports. PES is often touted as being the more realistic and smoother game between the two, but can’t directly compete with FIFA because of the license agreements the game has.
However, that doesn’t mean the game doesn’t have its takers. Its fanbase is a loyal one and the game is popular enough to have featured superstars like Lionel Messi on the cover of the game, despite being an unlicensed game. The latest version of the game has also focused even more on the attention to detail.
One such example of this is the celebration of Newcastle United’s Aleksandar Mitrovic. The striker scored a goal in a Newcastle’s 6-2 thrashing of Norwich back in 2015 and his unique celebration – a knee slide followed by an arm flourish – is perfectly mimicked by the game developers of PES.

Quite impressed with the attention to detail is PES 2017. Even got one of Mitro’s celebrations in there. pic.twitter.com/GE4yHTZuEE
