Ever since Antonio Conte took over the helm at Chelsea last year, the Italian has converted the Blues into an unstoppable force, and a lot of credit for this goes to his acumen in handling transfer business.
After bringing back David Luiz and signing players like Michy Batshuayi and N’Golo Kante, who have played huge roles in the club’s resurgence this season, it appears that the manager is planning to wreak havoc in the upcoming transfer window as well.
According to Matt Law of Daily Telegraph, a reliable source for all things Chelsea, the Blues are planning to break the bank and spend about £100 million to secure signings of Everton stars Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley this summer.

Lukaku’s refusal to sign a contract extension with Everton had already drawn a lot of reactions by many excited fans* and could prove huge for Chelsea too.
Barkley, meanwhile, is yet to extend his current deal despite his contract expiring at the end of the next season, and could be just what Chelsea are looking for.
