Celtic secured a much-deserving victory to move within one win of their sixth straight title by beating Dundee 1-2 at Dens Park on Sunday.
The home side managed to frustrate their opponents for large parts of the first half, but Jozo Simunovic broke the deadlock for Celtic with a flick that deflected into the goal off Kevin Gomis.
Stuart Armstrong’s header just after half time sealed the game for the Bhoys, and Faissal El Bakhtaoui’s thundering 25-yard strike in the 76th minute couldn’t do much to change the result.
Celtic kept pushing for a third goal till the last few minutes of the game, and leading their charge from the front was captain Scott Brown with his a stunning display of brilliant skills.
Brown was seen luring in Dundee players to absolute frustration with mad ability to keep the ball despite even three opponents closely marking him on one occasion.
