No respite for Alexis Sanchez as the Arsenal man gets fined for driving above 150 km/h in Chile

It seems that Premier League defenders are not the only ones who have a problem with Alexis Sanchez’s searing pace.

The Arsenal forward was issued a ticket by the Carabineros – the Chilean National Police – for speeding in the commune of Buin on his day off following training with the national squad. He was believed to have been going at an incredible 155 km/hr when he was pulled over. Sanchez was fined and has even been handed a court summons at the Local Police Court.

The ex-Barcelona forward is having an incredibly difficult time staying out of the spotlight as rumours of discontentment with Arsenal and a desire to move away from London continuously swirl about. An escape from the pressures of England was also shot after Chile lost to Argentina in World Cup Qualifying by a single goal.

Fans of the Chilean will be thankful that neither the player nor anyone else was harmed and will probably hope that issues surrounding his club status are resolved soon so that the only focus on his acceleration would concern the football pitch exclusively.
