It was more than a decade ago when popular drama film This Is England aired on British television and later featured with its sequels, This Is England ’86, This Is England ’88 and This Is England ’90.
Almost a year after its latest installation won accolades and awards, the mini-series on the English skinheads culture was recently given a completely new revival, albeit in the most unexpected way possible.
Twitter user Michael McCarthy fired a hilarious tweet depicting Leeds boss Garry Monk being the face of the next season of the popular series, and instantly won over the internet with over 4,000 retweets and 6,000 likes.
The tweet shows Garry Monk (who bears an uncanny resemblance with lead actor Thomas Turgoose or vice versa) as the face of This Is England Leeds United Manager!
