The master plan to lure Andrea Belotti to Man United is already in the works according to La Stampa
It was back in 2003 when a little known 18 year old by the name of Cristiano Ronaldo made the move to Manchester United. The rest we all know, Ronaldo went on to establish himself as a club legend before eventually leaving for Real Madrid.
It was super-agent Jorge Mendes who brokered the deal only a few months after bringing in Ronaldo under his agency.
Fast forward today and if reports from sports paper La Stampa are anything to be believed, we are seeing some eerily similar developments with regard to striker Andrea Belotti.
The Italian who has emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United has banged in a whopping 23 goals so far in the Serie A.
It is being reported by La Stampa that Jorge Mendes is planning to bring in Belotti under his agency so as to help Jose Mourinho land the coveted 23 year old.
The Manchester United manager is also represented by Mendes and if Belotti do come under his fold, speculations linking Belotti to Manchester United will only grow in the days to come.
One stumbling block however maybe the €100 million buyout clause of Belotti that Torino is holding out for.
