Celtic have won their sixth consecutive Scottish Premiership title in remarkable fashion without the season even having ended formally, and the remaining games will be treated as a mere formality.
The Bhoys can grant themselves some much-deserved leeway for the rest of the games, but manager Brendan Rodgers surely isn’t going to give himself that liberty.
In fact, the manager has already started thinking about shaping his squad for the next season, and it appears that some big revamp is on the cards soon.
Having committed himself to four more years at the club, the Celtic boss has now drawn his attention to the summer transfer window where he will took to prepare his team not only for the domestic league, but even for European football next season.
And giving indications to that effect, this is what Rodgers had to say about his prospective Celtic signing –
Rodgers said he is only interested in a “game-changing” player, and wouldn’t sign a player if they didn’t add anything to the squad. pic.twitter.com/PGveFX1ch6
