In the time period before Manchester City’s takeover by their current owners, the Manchester derby was a significantly more one-sided fixture, mainly because United were the superior side for years.

That being said, recent times have seen this become a more evenly-matched fixture and given United’s slight post-Fergie decline, the blue half of Manchester is more relevant than they’ve been in years.

However, this didn’t stop some City fans from crowding around Jose Mourinho and asking him for pictures before the Manchester derby; a pretty amazing sight given how competitive this rivalry is now.

    1. just turning up to the odd one match on holiday and purchasing a shirt doesn’t make you a proper fan, these fans change their colors as much as a Hamster shits.
