Some things just never change.
Arsenal managed to finish another bad season with an FA Cup trophy against Chelsea last weekend. The thrilling game was going into an inevitable stalemate when Aaron Ramsey stepped up to score a winning goal for the Gunners.
Like it has happened before, Ramsey found the target on the field, but repercussions were felt outside. The player is freakishly notorious for scoring goals which coincidentally soon result in a celebrity’s death.
And this time it was popular American rock star Greg Allman whose unfortunate passing was declared minutes after Arsenal’s official Twitter handle tweeted Ramsey’s picture in celebration of his goal with the title: “IT DIDN’T LAST LONG!”
