After finding themselves with a ticket to the Champions League next season, Liverpool have already started planning ahead with some hectic backroom talks to make their first major signing this summer.
On Liverpool’s target is Roma’s Mohamed Salah, who, according to Jürgen Klopp, could be just what the Reds need to bolster their attacking line up.
Rumour has it that the Reds have offered the Egyptian weekly wages up to £90,000, which would be a massive improvement to the current £50,000 that he is paid currently.
While Rome are said to have rejected an offer worth £28 million recently, Liverpool are expected to improve their bid to the extent of £40 million in the upcoming weeks.
And if Liverpool fans wish to get a peak of what Salah is capable of, here’s a video of him defying the laws of physics with an insane goal against Palermo last season –
