After saying goodbye to their home of 118 long years last month, Tottenham Hotspur fans will have to temporarily shift to London’s iconic Wembley Stadium for the next season.

Excited Spurs fans have been waiting patiently for their ‘new’ stadium to emerge from the rubble of White Hart Lane, and latest pictures show just how grand it is going to look once completed.

Tottenham fan @paulpage84 revealed how the club asked his pilot dad to fly over the upcoming ground and take birds eye view clicks to ascertain how it is coming along, and his picture is surely going to make a lot of fans happy.

It shows how well one phase of stands in the proposed 61,559-capacity stadium is coming up, with the club’s motto “To dare is to do” encouraging workers to carry on tirelessly.

  1. No matter what it will look like it’s still a bugger to get to and from on matchdays. Unless you’re in the directors boxes quaffing Champers and heading out for a bit of cheese after the match ? 😉
