This move to maximize revenue shows Leeds really have an owner who sees the real potential of the club

The history of resentment shared between Leeds fans and its ownership has been well known. Previous owner Massimo Cellino’s era was replete with incidents where club supporters disagreed with the management over various issues.

But ever since powers structures changed and Andrea Radrizzani took over as the sole owner of Leeds, it is almost as if a fresh lease of life has been infused into the club.

The Italian has been a hit at Elland Road for being open-minded to special requests and suggestions from fans. Just last week Radrizzani proved his credentials as a peoples’ man by complying with a fan’s request of sending over a special shirt printed for a deceased Leeds supporter’s funeral.

Not just that, Radrizzani even accepted a proposal of using digital advertising hoardings to maximize revenue next season. Looks like the new ownership of Leeds United has only the best interests at heart.
