Thursday night’s Europa League encounter between Arsenal and Cologne was by no means a dull affair, with the Cologne fans playing spoilsport to what was an otherwise very impressive performance from a second string Arsenal side.
Spectacular goals from Sead Kolasinac and Alexis Sanchez set Arsenal well en route for victory before fans were handed a treat when Jack Wilshere made his first start for the club in 13 months.
And Wilshere did not disappoint, playing a prominent role in the killer third goal for Arsenal. Wilshere took out not one but four Cologne players with a slick dummy that created space for Walcott to get his shot away.
The rebound was eventually tucked away by Bellerin to hand Arsenal all three points.
