Bavarians look to flex their muscle against Celtic
Brendan Rodgers’s men travel to Munich for their Champions League tie this week as the Scottish side look to give the newly appointed Jupp Heynckes a tough time at home.
However, there is a reason why the German side are considered one of the best attacking units in world football and if renowned Sports magazine Kicker are to be believed, Heynckes is expected to go all guns blazing against Celtic.
Celtic’s relatively inexperienced backline will have to negotiate with the menacingly quick Arjen Robben and Kingsley Coman on the wings with a certain Robert Lewandowski prowling in the centre. The stability in the centre of the park will be of prime importance for Brendan Rodgers in order to stop the elusive duo of Thiago and Muller.
