Northern Ireland star Stuart Dallas limped off injured after Swiss defender Fabian Schar brought him down with an agricultural tackle during the World Cup qualifiers last night.
The 26-year old Leeds United winger was subbed off minutes after half-time, with the referee choosing to show only a yellow card to the Swiss centre-back.
Dallas showed glimpses of his rapid pace when he charged down the flank just before the horrific tackle. With Leeds facing Middlesbrough on the 19th, it looks like the midfielder will face a test against time to be fit for the game.
With the club needing every bit of inspiration to get them back to winning ways, the injury comes as a major blow for Leeds United as they could have surely used the Irishman bombing down the left flank in the upcoming matches.
