Scottish champions Celtic wrapped up the League Cup for the second year in a row as they overcame a 10-man Motherwell with two second half goals on Sunday.
The win was especially memorable for new boy Olivier Ntcham, who picked up his first trophy as a professional footballer.
The 21-year-old Frenchman, who arrived at Celtic for a fee of £4.5 million in the summer, seemed quite stoked to pick up his first trophy at the club, as evident from his post on social media the next day.
Ntcham is a graduate of the youth academy at Le Havre, the same academy that has produced the likes of Riyad Mahrez, Steve Mandanda, Lassara Diarra, Paul Pogba etc. So it’s no surprise that big things are expected of the young lad from Paris.
