Rangers got off to a winning start in the Florida Cup as they managed to get the better of Atletico Mineiro during the friendly fixture yesterday.
Fans were excited to see new signings Sean Goss and Jamie Murphy but it was Josh Windass who stole the limelight by scoring the winner against Atletic Mineiro.
Windass looked threatening following his half-time introduction and was well placed to finish off a tidy move midway through the second period.
After being set up brilliantly by Herrera the midfielder kept his composure as the Mineiro keeper helplessly watched his curling effort hit the back of his net.
