(Image) Absolutely insane and quite realistic potential XI for Liverpool next season

Two horrific errors by Karius, an unfortunate shoulder injury to Mo Salah and a breathtaking 30-minute cameo from Gareth Bale helped Real Madrid secure a record 3rd consecutive Champions League triumph at Kiev last week.

Following their heartbreaking defeat to the Los Blancos, Jurgen Klopp will definitely look to bolster his young squad with several top players around the globe being linked with a move to the Reds recently.

With versatile Brazilian star Fabinho having already signed on the dotted line and Naby Keita Anfield bound after completing his stint with former club RB Leipzig, a new graphic doing the rounds online shows a potentially scary and realistic Liverpool team-sheet for next season.

Featuring long term targets such as Roman stopper Alisson Becker and Lyon’s attacking genius Nabil Fekir, the lineup looks more on the lines of fantasy football and should definitely give nightmares to teams across Europe.

  1. This is a perfect combination for liverpool, this will definitely increase or gain more supporters to my side next season, but my advise to klop is to hire another alternative that will pear Van Jik at the back three except if gomes will be available and we will definitely need another 2 fantastic goalkeeper, then Premier league will witness the most explosive year.

  2. That team would get me salivating but I’d still go for Butland in goal – much cheaper and top quality – and still think Lovren is never far from his next mistake. I’d like to see Lascelles arrive from Newcastle.

  3. Unfortunately Lovren could be in prison in Croatia.

Lovren and Modric are facing the prospect of jail time, they could be charged over a scandal that has taken down Zdravko Mamic – the most powerful figure in Croatian football.
