(Video) Leeds United playing out of the back like prime Barcelona during Derby thrashing

New Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa is widely regarded as one of the most influential coaches in the world. Some of the best managers in Europe are known to have been inspired by the Argentine’s tactics and philosophy, most notably Pep Guardiola – the man behind a Barcelona team that won 14 trophies in the 4 years he was in charge.

Bielsa’s reign at Leeds has got off to a rollicking start with the Whites winning their first couple of matches rather convincingly.

After the impressive 3-1 victory against Stoke City last week, they produced another devastating attacking display that condemned Derby Country to a 4-1 defeat.

Leeds United thoroughly beat their counterparts on the day and this move, when they went about building an attack from the back, just sums up the effect Marcelo Bielsa has had on the Yorkshire club.
