Just as it looked like Eden Hazard’s first half strike – his second against them inside a week – would be enough to condemn Liverpool to their first league defeat, a wonderful goal by Daniel Sturridge in the 83rd minute made sure the visitors held on to a 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The Reds could’ve even won the match if not for some poor finishing but they would still be happy with the point as the Blues also had some good chances to double their lead and were kept at bay by Alisson Becker.

While fans felt the 25-year-old keeper could have saved Hazard’s goal, they would also acknowledge the brilliant saves he pulled off that kept Jurgen Klopp’s side in the game.

Liverpool supporters will also be pleased by how the second most expensive shot-stopper reacted after Sturridge’s stunning equalizer, as Alisson was spotted thanking the heavens while down on his knees.
