(Video) Look how the Tottenham fans reacted as the cameras panned towards the crowd after Moussa Sissoko’s high shot last night

Tottenham Hotspur suffered another loss in the Champions League after Barcelona overcame the North London side 2-4 at Wembley last night. The Catalans started the game like a house on fire and sailed into a two goal lead in the first half. The depleted Tottenham side who were missing several of their key players due to injuries, pushed forward in the second half and forced themselves back into the game.

However, Barcelona were able to pick Spurs off on the counter courtesy of Lionel Messi, to make the scoreline look rather comfortable in the end. The North London side squandered several chances to level the game in the second half, including a great chance which fell to Moussa Sissoko in the 68th minute. With the game finely poised at 3-2, Trippier cut the ball back to the Frenchman who was completely unmarked inside the box, but he fired his shot well over the bar.

Sissoko hasn’t had the best of times in North London since his arrival and regularly gets stick from the Tottenham fans for his performances. The reaction of a few of the Spurs fans at Wembley painted a sorry picture for the 29-year-old midfielder. Instead of being disappointed at the miss, they were actually laughing at Sissoko’s effort, almost as if they expected him to miss.

Check out Tottenham fans’ reaction after Sissoko’s miss:

The Frenchman only got the chance to feature yesterday because Pochettino’s men were missing six first-team players due to injury. It’s safe to say Sissoko’s Tottenham career is likely coming to an end soon, and you will be hard pressed to find a Spurs fan who would be disappointed if it did.
