Marcelo Bielsa’s brand of high-intensity football has been creating waves in the Championship circuit ever since he took over as Leeds United manager before the start of the ongoing season.
The Argentine has completely transformed the Yorkshire outfit, which looks a class above everyone else and is just a couple of points behind table toppers Sheffield United after 12 matches.
The 63-year-old, who is known for his meticulous levels of detail and preparation, has previously been hailed by top managers such as Pep Guardiola, Diego Simeone and Mauricio Pochettino for being a major influence in their own coaching careers.
And now another Argentine legend, Javier Mascherano has shown his appreciation for the Leeds boss.
The former Liverpool and Barcelona player, who got his first international cap under Bielsa, seems as fascinated with El Loco as the Elland Road faithful, re-tweeting one of his meticulous press conferences along with the caption “Don Marcelo”.
