(Video) Celtic fan goes viral for this bit of savagery aimed at Kris Boyd last night

There was no shortage of goals at Celtic Park yesterday as the home team absolutely thrashed Kilmarnock 5-1 to move into pole position in the Scottish Premiership.

Steve Clarke’s side came into the match as league leaders but were easily swept aside by an absolutely brilliant performance from the Hoops.

Ryan Christie, Mikael Lustig and Odsonne Edouard each scored a goal a piece between two well taken goals from James Forrest to send the home crowd into a frenzy.

The noise levels at Celtic Park was through the roof yesterday as the home supporters finally got to see their team back at the summit after a rather troublesome start to their season.

There was even a notion of potential disharmony within the squad doing the rounds in the early stages of the campaign as Brendan Rodgers’ men struggled to find their feet in the league.

Kilmarnock striker Kris Boyd was especially vocal with his opinion about the situation at Celtic after his side faced the champions earlier in September.

In one of his interviews, the ex-Rangers player talked about how he felt as if there was a big divide in the dressing room at Celtic Park and even raised questions about the commitment of several players to the club.

His comments were obviously not taken too well by the Hoops supporters at the time and so it was no surprise to see one fan take the striker for a ride when he got the opportunity during the rout yesterday.

The mood in the away team’s dugout already seemed quite dire after getting absolutely bullied when the Hoops fan decided to ridicule Boyd for his comments on Celtic in front of his colleagues and right to his face.
