As expected Liverpool have been absolutely dominant so far in their post-season friendly against Sydney FC at the ANZ Stadium. After a fine goal from Daniel Sturridge, the Reds duly made it 2-0 with a well taken goal from Alberto Moreno.

Firmino collected the ball 25 yards from goal, stepped inside and scooped a magical pass above the Sydney defence and into the path of Moreno, who reaches it and hits it first-time into the top corner.

The latest advert to have come out of Liverpool’s partnership with Nivea is bordering on ridiculous but is still quite well done.

The ad features the stunning new Liverpool kit for 2017/18 from New Balance and also sees left back James Milner getting crushed by the leg of a Godzilla type monster as Nathaniel Clyne and Roberto Firmino look on.

What makes it brilliant is the cameo from Steven Gerrard as the Liverpool legends looks amusingly to see the state of Milner after getting trampled.

A Chelsea coach on the bench got visibly angry after boss Antonio Conte celebrated Cesar Azpilicueta putting the Blues 2-1 up in the first half against Watford last night.

The Italian boss is known for his wild demeanour on the sidelines and as expected was seen going wild after Chelsea’s second goal on the night.

But the celebrations it appears was too much for a certain coach as he reacted angrily after getting celebratory smacks on the head from Conte.

An emotional day as Spurs played their last ever game at White Hart Lane yesterday. The players put in the performances the iconic stadium deserved and defeated Man United 2-1 to cement their places in the 2nd spot of the Premier League table.

The send off ceremony after the game saw 48 legends of the club grace the pitch and the farewell was marked rather brilliantly after a rainbow appeared over the West Stand cockerel in all it’s glory.

But things have started to get far too real as the first pictures of White Hart Lane getting demolished this after noon has surfaced online.

As expected Tottenham fans were struck with a dose of nostalgia and emotions took over after the 2-1 win over Manchester United in the last ever game at White Hart Lane today.

And an incredible moment during the send off especially caught everyone’s eye as a rainbow broke right over the West Stand cockerel just as the crowd finished singing Glory, Glory Tottenham.

As the commentator aptly said: “A rainbow here to mark the moment – even the heavens are feeling nostalgic above the cockerel!”

Daniel Sturridge could not have picked a better time to score his 1st goal in 132 days as he opened the scoring during Liverpool’s 4-0 rout of West Ham.

Much to the surprise of Liverpool fans, the Englishman started the match for the Reds at the London Stadium earlier today.

But it wasn’t surprising when he rounded off the keeper to put Liverpool 1-0 ahead after a beautiful assist from Coutinho.

And the striker took to social media to acknowledge while also not forgetting the Hammers fan who was obviously less than pleased to see the wavy hands make a comeback.

Good news for Arsenal all around this weekend as the Gunners took a major stride towards getting a spot in the top 4 of the Premier League points with an emphatic 4-1 win against Stoke City yesterday.

The win was followed by the reports of Arsenal bagging their first signing of the summer in the form of Schalke left back Sead Kolasinac.

And it seems the reports from various sources was true as Schalke fans themselves held a banner for the Bosnian during the 1-1 draw v banner yesterday.
