(Video) Man Utd fans will love how Lindelof came to Darmian’s aid after the Italian took a knee on the chest

After not having the best of times in a Man United shirt, both Victor Lindelof and Matteo Darmian showed brilliant form during the two exhausting legs of the World Cup qualifier between Sweden and Italy.

In the end it was Victor Lindelof’s Sweden who qualified for the World Cup in Russia next year as Matteo Darmian’s Italy missed out on it for the first time in 60 years.

As perplexed as they were after watching duo play out of their skins on international level, Manchester United fans absolutely loved this moment of brotherhood between the duo last night.

Lindelof was seen comforting Darmian after the Italian took a knee from Mikael Lustig in the Sweden box. Man Utd buddies taking care of each other, watch the full incident below –

(Video) Heung-Min Son scores against Tottenham teammate Davinson Sanchez to put South Korea ahead v Colombia

Just 11 minutes into the first half and South Korea took the lead after Heung-Min Son coolly slotted the ball despite having 3 Colombian players in the near vicinity.

The South Korean had to go past his Spurs teammate Davinson Sanchez to put his country ahead and the attacker did that in style with some nice bit of footwork in front of the goal.

Son had also scored the winner for Tottenham in their 1-0 victory over Palace last weekend.

Pic: The number of replies on the official tweet sums up the unpopularity of Gary Cahill at Chelsea

Antonio Conte’s announcement about Gary Cahill ‘definitely’ starting against Man United on Sunday met with a barrage of replies from Chelsea fans and needless to say, they were mostly less than positive with some even suggesting that the Italian might be looking to get sacked with this decision.

Cahill’s unpopularity is at an all time high, not necessarily due to the lack of good performances, as the fans think there are much better options present at the club who should be starting over the center-back.

A look at the number of replies on the Gary Cahill tweet from the official Chelsea account, when compared with other tweets, just sums up what the fans think of Conte’s decision of persisting with the Englishman.

Pic: Phil Neville reckons Celtic might produce one of those famous ‘Hampden Park Nights’ v Bayern

Massive gaffe from former Everton player and now a Sky Sports Super 6 pundit Phil Neville before Celtic’s UEFA Champions League clash against Bayern Munich tonight.

The defender, during his prediction for tonight’s game, revealed that he fancies Celtic to produce one of those famous ‘Hampden Park Nights’ against Bayern.

Not sure how does one go about confusing the national team stadium with Celtic Park, but at least the fans would be pleased that Phil actually predicted Celtic to beat Bayern 2-0 tonight.

(Video) Llorente gets chased by a zombie as Tottenham players take part in some Halloween fun

Tottenham Hotspur media department providing some much needed laughs for the fans after the abysmal 1-0 defeat against Manchester United on the weekend.

Quite reminiscent of last season, Ben Davies, Kieran Trippier, Michel Vorm and Fernando Llorente took on a ‘What’s in the Box?’ challenge to celebrate Halloween and the results were hilarious. Trippier & Llorente looked genuinely scared whereas Vorm & Davies pretty much nailed the challenge.

Spurs would look to recover from the loss on Saturday, but it does not get easy for the North London side as they face La Liga juggernauts Real Madrid at Wembley on Wednesday.

(Video) The shushing gesture didn’t work as BT panel tear apart Jose Mourinho for boring football post Man Utd 1-0 Spurs

All the efforts from Jose Mourinho telling his critics to pipe down went in vain as BT Sport panel of Harry Redknapp, Steve McManaman and to some extent even Frank Lampard lambasted the Portuguese for his boring tactics post Spurs win.

The Man Utd boss was spotted vigorously gesturing at the cameras after the 1-0 win against Spurs at Old Trafford yesterday but the BT Sport panel were having none of it and accused Mourinho of lacklustre football.

Pic: Everton’s Michael Keane likes a tweet mocking Liverpool new boy Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

Not the best of times to be mocking your rivals if you are an Everton player, but it seems Michael Keane did it anyway.

The defender, who was brought in by Ronald Koeman back in July in a £30m from Burnley, liked a tweet taking shots at Liverpool’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Both Everton and Liverpool are not having the best of times on the pitch but that clearly hasn’t dented the rivalry one bit.

Could have been accidental but still cheeky nonetheless. Check out Michael Keane’s Twitter activity below –

Pic: Recent Instagram like shows Mesut Ozil wants to stay at Arsenal forever

Not sure Arsenal fans can handle this much amount of good news all of a sudden.

The North London based club took a huge stride towards claiming a spot in the top 4 of the Premier League table after a 2-0 win against Southampton at St. Mary’s last night.

Alexis Sanchez opened the scoring with a beautiful goal and then celebrated by tapping the Gunners’ badge.

The night was already made for Arsenal fans but it definitely got even better after they found out the recent comment Mesut Ozil had liked on Instagram.

(Video) “He’s magic you know, Mauricio Pochettino!” – Travelling Tottenham fans at full time post Swansea win

88: Swansea 1-0 Spurs
89: Swansea 1-1 Spurs
92: Swansea 1-2 Spurs
93: Swansea 1-3 Spurs

WHAT A COMEBACK! Spurs struck 3 goals in 5 minutes and pulled off an unbelievable 1-3 win over Swansea City at Liberty Stadium.

Absolutely elite mentality on display as Spurs of old would have probably folded like a deck of cards but Pochettino’s men capitalised on Swansea’s tired legs to achieve an amazing comeback

No doubt the credit for the winning mentality has to be given to the man at the helm and the traveling supporters did exactly that with a wonderful song post match.

(Tweets) Arsenal broke a Premier League rule by not appointing a captain for the 2nd half v City

It seems Arsenal Football Club could not be in more shambles even if they wanted.

News surfaced today that the Gunners might have broken a Premier League after failing to appoint a captain of the side during the second half the 2-2 draw v Man City on Sunday.

The spokesperson for Arsenal could only convey that Theo Walcott acted like the senior figure of the side but even the Englishman was substituted in the 68th minute.

Arsenal came from behind twice to salvage a draw against fellow Champions League contenders Manchester City.
