With the likes of Mo Salah and Sadio Mane being the current Liverpool players to be a part of the shortlisted contenders, the 5 men list also included Naby Keita who is set to join the Reds next year from RB Leipzig.
Needless to say that the deadly combo of Mane and Salah, both 25 years old, has been a lethal force for the Liverpool this season and to add to this a dynamic 22-year-old midfielder like Naby Keita, the future is indeed bright for Merseyside outfit.
Imagining the three combining with the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino in Klopp’s high throttle style of football is something that has already pumped up the Liverpool fans for next season.

Ryan Jack had a rather forgettable start to his international career as the 25-year-old made his debut for Scotland in a 1-0 defeat to Netherlands last night.
Unfortunately for Ryan, the defeat wouldn’t be the only stinging memory from his debut as the poor lad was booed and abused by his own national team fans for a large chunk of the match.
The friendly between the two sides was being played at Pittodrie where Ryan emerged from the club academy and played for 7 long professional seasons as an Aberdeen player before making a move to Rangers this summer.
In spite of being an international match, the Dons fanatics wasted no chance of dispensing their hostility towards their former player as Ryan’s every touch in the first 15 minutes of the match was jeered by a small portion of the Pittodrie crowd.
Rangers fans were absolutely gutted by this disreputable act showcased by the other segment of fans and expressed their displeasure on the social media.

The 20-year-old striker was seen in a total destruction mode as he nutmegged his training partner twice in the one on one training drills.
England U-21 are set to face Ukraine U21 in the first round qualifying match tomorrow and the Three Lions head coach Aidy Boothroyd would be even more pleased if he gets to watch some of Dominic’s insane skills in the actual match.

Has Emre Can dropped a massive hint regarding his future with the purchase of this Mercedes SUV?
The 23-year-old has entered into the final year of his contract and the club faces a real possibility of the midfielder leaving Liverpool for free next summer.
The back pages have linked the German international with a potential move to Juventus. However, Can doesn’t look to be in a hurry to part ways with his current club as he was recently spotted with his newly bought Mercedes G63, a huge investment considering his seeming uncertain future.
On the other hand, it might have nothing to do with Can’s professional future and just a matter of personal interest.
