Barcelona started their first pre season friendly with a 2-1 win over Hamburg in Germany. It was Tito Vilanova’s first match in charge of Barcelona after taking over the reigns from Pep Guardiola.

And it was a perfect start for the Catalans as Dani Alves, the captain of Barcelona for this match, shot a screamer in the 6th minute. Check out Dani Alves goal below.

But Hamburg equalised in the 21st minute with Tolgay-Ali Arslan. Barcelona then took the lead in the 38th minute with 19 year old Gerard Deulofeu on target.

Lionel Messi missed the match as he had a calf injury in the training session before.
