Moussa Konate’s heroics could not stop Mexico from clinching the semi final fixture against Japan. Mexico vs Japan should be the match of the tournament.

Back to this match, it was 2-2 after the 90 minutes. Mexico started the scoring and took 2 goals lead with Jorge Enriquez and Javier Aquino’s goals. But Senegal came back impressively with Moussa Konate and Ibrahima providing the crucial goals.

Extra time started and Mexico dominated and then scored through Giovani dos Santos and Hector Herrera. Dos Santos has been super good for Mexico in the Olympics.

Mexico’s first goal was an awesome header by Jorge Enriquez. Also check out the Ibrahima goal video below. Precision header. A match with so many headed goals, this one stands out. Maybe both of them.
